By accessing or using SignBridge (the "Service"), operated by SignBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

SignBridge is an educational platform that provides:

• Real-time speech-to-sign language translation (American Sign Language / ASL)
• Interactive sign language lessons organised by category
• Practice quizzes with scoring and progress tracking
• A mobile application (iOS and Android) and web application

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or distribute our content without permission
• Upload or transmit malicious code or viruses
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our written consent

All content on SignBridge — including sign language videos, lesson content, branding, logos, and software — is the property of SignBridge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The sign language videos represent authentic American Sign Language (ASL) and are provided for educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

SignBridge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

The Service does not currently allow public user-generated content submissions. Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us are non-confidential and we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google Firebase, OpenAI, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. SignBridge is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SignBridge does not guarantee that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) translations will be 100% accurate; (c) the Service will meet your specific requirements.

Sign language translation is a complex field. Our translations are provided for educational and accessibility purposes and should not be relied upon for critical or medical communication.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNBRIDGE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at ghanyelisha@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
